Chipotle Chicken Wraps and Asian Chicken Nachos

Chicken 1 Pound , roasted
Lettuce leaves 5
For quick slaw
Napa cabbage/Napa cabbage leaves 1 Small
Red cabbage 1 Small
Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
For smokey chipotle sauce
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Fat free greek yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sea salt To Taste
For sesame ginger sauce
Soy sauce 1 Ounce
Black vinegar/Apple cider vinegar 2 Ounce
Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon ((black or white according to your preference))
Ginger powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar/Sweetener 1 Pinch
Green onions 2 ((optional))
For wonton cups
Wonton wrapper/Gyoza wrappers 100 Gram ((1 packet))
Eggs/Egg white wash 1



1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.


1. For making Quick Coleslaw – place red and Napa cabbage in mixer and grind.

2. Scrape out the mixture in a large bowl and add in vinegar and sea salt and stir. Keep the coleslaw aside.

3. For making smokey chipotle sauce – in a bowl take all the ingredients and blend with a hand blender. You can use food processor too.

4. Keep the sauce aside.

5. For making sesame ginger sauce – in a bowl mix all the ingredients.

6. Put roasted chicken in a mixing jar and pulse 5 times.

7. Divide shredded chicken in two bowls in one bowl add in chipotle sauce and mix well. Set aside.

8. In another chicken bowl add in ¾ of sesame ginger sauce and mix.

9. For making wonton cups – brush the wonton wrapper with egg on both sides.

10. Place those on a tarlet cup and bake for 4 minutes at 350 degrees F.


11. Over lettuce leaves first place coleslaw then top it with chipotle chicken.

12. Place wonton cups in a tray and top it with Sesame ginger chicken and serve.
