Zippy Chicken Strips

Chicken breast halves 3 Pound
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)



1) Cut chicken into 3- x 1-inch strips, and place in a shallow dish.

2) Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt and pour over the chicken strips.

3) Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.


4) In a bowl, combine flour, pepper, salt, and paprika.

5) Coat the chicken pieces with the flour mix, and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

6) Remove and drain on paper towels.


7) Serve with tomato ketchup.
