Pot Roasted Chicken

Chicken 4 Pound
Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) , minced
Chicken fat 4 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Flour 2 Teaspoon
Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1) Using a sharp knife, get the chicken disjointed


2) In a skillet, pour in the fat, saute the onions till brown

3) Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and flour

4) Add in the water

5) Cover the skillet with the lid and cook for 2 hours over a low heat till the chicken is tender


6) Serve the chicken
