Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 2 Pound
Scallion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , minced
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Ginger root 1 Teaspoon , grated
Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by washing and drying the chicken thighs

MAKING

2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredeints and mix properly, chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours

3. Now deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil, until they turn golden brown for around 2 minutes

SERVING

4. Serve with a sauce of your choice (tartar sauce, mint sauce, soy sauce or tomato sauce)

TIPS

Add sweet and sour vegetables skewers, for an exotic meal
