Broccoli, Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

Broccoli au gratin rice 6 Ounce (1 box, UNCLE BEN'S Brand Dishes)
Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound (4 pieces)
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Frozen broccoli 2 Cup (32 tbs) , thawed
Reduced fat cheddar cheese 4 Ounce , shredded (1 cup)

Directions

GETTING READY

1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.

MAKING

2 In 13x9-inch baking pan, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet.

3 Add in the boiling water and mix well.

4 Add the chicken.

5 Sprinkle with garlic powder.

6 Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

7 Add in the broccoli and cheese.

8 Continue to bake, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

SERVING

9 Serve hot.
