Chicken Potato Pie

Ingredients

Potato 4 Ounce , mashed (100 Gram)
Egg 1
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon (2 X 20 Milliliter)
Baking powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Flour 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
For filling
Potatoes 4 Ounce , cooked and diced
Chicken 8 Ounce , cooked and diced
Peas 4 Ounce , cooked (100 Gram)
Carrots 4 Ounce , cooked and diced (100 Gram)
White sauce 1/2 Pint (250 Milliliter)
Flour 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
Butter 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
Milk 1/2 Pint (250 Milliliter)
Sherry 2 Tablespoon (2X20 Milliliter Spoon)

Directions

MAKING

1) Combine the potato, egg, butter, salt and pepper and blend well.

2) Sift together the baking powder and flour.

3) Stir flour into the potato mix.

4) To prepare the filling, combine the potato, chicken, peas, carrot, white sauce, flour, butter, milk, sherry, salt and pepper and mix well.

5) Transfer into a greased pie dish.

6) Roll out the pastry.

7) Place over the filling to cover well.

8) Place in a hot oven at 400°F (200°C), Gas Mark 6, and bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING

9) Add cream over the top and serve.
