Cheese sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
White wine | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (dry) | |
Frozen broccoli spears | 10 Ounce (1 package) | |
Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated |
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Wash chicken breasts under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
3) Remove the skin and bone. Keep the breasts intact.
4) Grease a 12-by-8-by-2-inch shallow baking dish.
MAKING
5) In a medium skillet heat 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
6) Add chicken and sauté for 10 minutes on each side.
7) Add broth. Simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
8) In a small saucepan mix together Cheese Sauce and white wine.
9) Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
10) Reduce heat, simmer for 3 minutes. Take off from heat.
11) Follow package direction to cook broccoli. Drain well.
12) Put in prepared dish.
13) Layer with chicken on top.
14) Coat with sauce.
15) Sprinkle Parmesan over it.
16) Bake for 15 minutes until top is lightly browned.
SERVING
17) Serve hot.
