Chicken Potato Pie

Ingredients

Chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs) , diced
Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cooked
Egg 1
Chicken broth 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon , dry
Parsley 2 Tablespoon , minced
Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) , mashed
Skim milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , hot
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper white 1/4 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat the oven to 375° F.

MAKING

2) In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, peas, beaten egg, chicken broth, bread crumbs and parsley together, mix thoroughly.

3) In a deep 9-inch pie plate, turn and evenly spread the chicken mixture.

4) In a bowl, beat the mashed potatoes, margarine, skim milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together, until the mixture is light and fluffy .

5) Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken, covering the edges well.

6) Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

SERVING

7) Slice and serve the Chicken Potato Pie, immediately on individual serving plates.
