Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 1/2 Pound , wing tips removed (About 8)
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Ground red cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Blue cheese 2 Ounce , crumbled (1/3 Cup)
Cream cheese 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Celery salt 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Using kitchen shears, cut each wing into 2 pieces. In a large deep skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat to 365° F or until a 1-inch cube of bread turns golden in 1 minute. Fry the wings for about 5 minutes or until cooked through, then transfer to paper towels.

2. In a pie plate or shallow dish, combine the butter, vinegar, and ground red pepper. Add the chicken wings, toss to coat, then arrange on a warm platter. In a small bowl, blend the remaining ingredients and serve with the chicken wings.
