Curried Chicken Divan

Ingredients

Broccoli florets 1 Pound , cut into bite
99% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup with 1/3 less salt 21 1/2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)
Fat free plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made Without Gelatin)
Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 1 1/2 Pound , cooked and cut into bite
Finely shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)

Directions

In a large saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring 1" of water to a boil.

Place the broccoli in a steamer basket and set the basket in the saucepan, making sure the basket sits the water.

Cover the saucepan and steam about 8 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender.

Preheat the oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, stir together the condensed soup, yogurt and curry powder.

Place the chicken in a 10" X 9" X 2" baking dish.

Then layer the broccoli on top.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the broccoli and chicken and top with the cheese.

Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the mixture is heated through.
