Chicken Masala

Chicken 500 Gram
Onions 2 Medium
Tomatoes 2 Medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Green chilies 2
Chicken masala 3 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste


Point 1- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan,crackle mustard and curry leaves

Point 2- Add chopped onions and slitted green chilies.

Point 3- Saute well

Point 4- Add chopped tomatoes and saute till oil separates

Point 5- Mix chicken masala with chicken pieces and salt.

Point 6- Add two cups of water and allow to boil,cook in a medium flame.

point 7- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes .

Point 8- Garnish with coriander leaves.
