Bourbon Glazed BBQ Chicken

Smokey, sweet, savory... This chicken was smoked to perfection on the good old Weber kettle.

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bourbon 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Brown sugar 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs)
Salt 2 Tablespoon
Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
Celery seeds 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Lard 2 Tablespoon
Pickling spices 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan combine lard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, black pepper, paprika, and pickling spices.

2. Stir and bring it to a boil.

3. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens and gets a glaze consistency.

SERVING

4. Use as shown in the video.
