Brown sugar | 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs) | |
Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
Onion powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
Garlic powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
Celery seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
Lard | 2 Tablespoon | |
Pickling spices | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a saucepan combine lard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, black pepper, paprika, and pickling spices.
2. Stir and bring it to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens and gets a glaze consistency.
