Honey Dijon Chicken

Easy and delicious baked chicken that is great served over rice or noodles.

Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts/Chicken thigh 1 1/2 Pound
Honey 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dijon mustard 4 Tablespoon
Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Rosemary 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

MAKING:

In a baking dish, place chicken and set aside.

In a pan, combine, honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, butter, rosemary and mix well.

Place over medium heat and stir well.

Pour over chicken and pop into oven.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until well cooked.

SERVING:

Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
