Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For dusting)) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying)) | |
Barbecue sauce | 250 Milliliter |
MAKING
1. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
2. Add flour and salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine the dry ingredients.
3. Dredge chicken wings in flour and set aside.
4. Cook wings in oil for about 7 to 9 minutes or until they have cooked all of the ways. The wings will float when they are near done. Be sure to pierce to make sure the juice runs clear.
5. Drain wings on a wire rack. When all of the wings are done coat with barbeque sauce and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
6. Cook the wings for about 5 to 10 minutes.

7. Serve hot.
