Are you looking for an inexpensive dinner that is delicioius? BBQ style chicken thighs can be made easily in the oven. Don't worry about your budget with one of these cheap eats recipes. It is so inexpensive to make one of these simple recipes.




Often you can get thicken leg quarters for a little bit of nothing for sale at your grocery store. If you like you can split one of these between two people.

Ingredients

Potatoes 2 Large
Onion 1 Large
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

MAKING:                        

Place potatoes in a dish.

Add vegetable oil, salt, pepper and stir well.

In a skillet, brown chicken leg quarters on both sides.

Place chicken over potatoes, coat with bbq sauce and pop into oven.

Bake for 1 hour.

 

SERVING:
