Sriracha Honey Glazed Leg Quarters - Cheap Eats

Are you looking for an inexpensive way to make dinner? Sriracha leg quarters are the perfect way to go. Leg quarters are inexpensive and make a great meal. These can be baked easily in the oven.

Ingredients

Chicken leg quarters 4
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Sriracha sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lime juice 4 Tablespoon
Garlic/1 tablespoon garlic paste 4 Clove (20 gm)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

MAKING:

Season chicken with salt and place on skillet.

Cook over medium heat until browned.

Flip chicken and brown both sides.

In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic and whisk well.

Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce for serving.

Coat remaining sauce over chicken legs and place on wire rack over baking sheet.

Pop into oven and bake for 45 minutes.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve with reserved sauce and enjoy!
