Easy Honey Soy Chicken is a simply but tasty dish that is bursting with flavour. Honey and dark soy sauce is combined to make a sweet, salty, sticky marinade, then glazed over fresh chicken pieces. Wonderful pan fried, grilled, barbecued or oven baked, this family favourite is always a smash hit - give it a go!
Chicken wings | 6 (you can also use drumsticks, thighs, breast fillets etc) | |
Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
Dark soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
For sauce, combine honey and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture over chicken and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
MAKING:
Place marinated chicken in baking dish and pop into oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until well cooked. Flip when halfway through.
