Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Water | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY:
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika and mix well.
In large bowl, combine chicken pieces with 5 teaspoons of prepared mixture and mix well.
Cover and allow to rest at room temperature for 1hour.
MAKING:
In a small bowl, combine egg, yogurt, water, tabasco and whisk well.
In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, cayenne, remaining seasoning mix and mix well.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and dredge into flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan to 350°F.
Fry the chicken pieces until done.
Drain excess oil using paper towels.
