Baked Chicken Wings- Healthy Hot Wings!

Learn how to make baked chicken wings, a healthier alternative to traditional buffalo wings and a great Super Bowl Recipe idea!


Chicken wings 3 Pound , cut as shown n the video
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Dried red chili 4 (optional)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (as per requirement)
Hot sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon , melted
Cheese dip 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for serving)
Celery stick 3 (for serving)



1.Preheat oven to 450F.


2.In a large pot, combine chicken wings with garlic, chiles, salt, pepper, water and cover with lid.

3.Bring to boil and then reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

4.Lay the wings on a rack of baking sheet.

5.In a small bowl, combine hot sauce and melted butter. Mix well.

6.Brush over wings and pop into oven.

7.Bake for 30 minutes and toss with remaining sauce.

8.Garnish with celery sticks.


9.Serve with cheese dip and enjoy!
