Herb Dijon Baked Chicken -In The Kitch

Enjoy this fool-proof way to make juicy roasted chicken breasts with this recipe for Dijon Herb Roasted Chicken. With just a few simple ingredients, this recipe is perfect on a weekday or even an gathering with friends and family.


Chicken breasts 2 (bone
Dijon mustard 4 Tablespoon
White onion/Spanish onion 1 Small , finely diced
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , finely chopped
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped rosemary 2 Tablespoon
Chopped thyme 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
Fresh cracked pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



Preheat oven to 375F.

Line baking tray with parchment paper.


In a large bowl, combine onions, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well.

Coat chicken breast with the prepared mixture and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.

Place marinated chicken on baking tray and pop into oven and cook for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing for serving.


Serve and enjoy!


Seal marinated chicken in a plastic bag using vaccum sealer and stor in freezer in case chicken needs to be used later.
