Talented chef Barry Lewis is back in the Scoff kitchen showing us some of his best recipes. This week he is showing you how to cook simple hunters chicken served with mash and asparagus, enjoy!
Chicken breasts | 2 | |
Smoked streaky bacon rashers | 4 | |
Bbq sauce | 150 Milliliter | |
Grated cheddar cheese | 100 Gram | |
Mashed potato | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Asparagus | 5 , roasted |
GETTING READY:
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
MAKING:
In a small pan, boil water and poach chicken in it for 10 minutes. Drain liquid and place in baking dish.
Wrap chicken breast with bacon rashers and cover with bbq sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pop into oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190°C or until chicken in well cooked.
SERVING:
Serve with roasted asparagus and mashed potato and enjoy!
