Here's my recipe for Tequila Lime Wings. It's easy and they're roasted not fried. If you don't cook with alcohol it's cool just check out some of my other wing recipes that are good for any day of the year.

Chicken wings 2 1/2 Pound , thawed, cut into sections, rinsed, & pat dry
White tequila 1 Cup (16 tbs) (preferably a brand you enjoy drinking)
Fresh lime juice 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (approximately the juice of 5 to 6 limes)
Fresh thyme 2 Tablespoon , freshly chopped
Granulated garlic 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt/Grand diamond lemon pepper seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon

1. Take chicken wings in a bowl. Add thyme and tequila, mix it well.

2. Transfer the wings to a ziploc bag along with the marinade and place the ziploc in a baking dish. Marinate it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

3. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a bowl. Add granulated garlic, all purpose seasoning and lemon pepper. Mix everything well.

5. Add extra virgin olive oil and mix that in as well.

6. Arrange the wings on the wire rack, skin side up.

7. Roast for 40 minutes. Flip it at around 20 minute mark.

8. Serve the wings as it is or with lemon wedges. Enjoy.
