Super Bowl is right arond the corner and I wanted to try something a little bit different than your ordinary Buffalo Wings. So I tried this Spicy Peanut Butter Pepper Jelly Chicken Wings Recipe.
|For the sauce|
|Natural peanut butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fish sauce||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco pepper jelly||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned rice vinegar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Gochujang||2 Tablespoon (hot Korean pepper paste)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm) , crushed|
|Toasted sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken wings||2 Pound|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
Preheat the weber grill to 300 – 350 degrees F.
For sauce – in a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
In a large bowl, place chicken wings and season with salt and pepper.
Place on the grill and cook for 45 minutes covered.
Take out the chicken wings and glaze in sauce, place back to the grill and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove the wings and place back on the sauce and coat well,
Serve with some sauce.
