You can make Lemon Pepper Wings that taste just like Wingstop, they are easy to make. These are great to serve while watching the game, or for any night of the week. You will need wings, butter, lemon pepper, and flour. You can put these together in very little time.

Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For dusting))
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Chicken wings 3 Pound
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying))
For the sauce
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon pepper 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut wings on each joint, as shown in the video and save the flapper (tip) portion of the stock

In a large bowl, place the flour and season with salt and pepper.

Dredge the wing portions in seasoned flour. Shake off excess.

In a large vessel, heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Carefully tip of the wings and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.

Place wings on a rack on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

For the sauce – in a large bowl, mix together melted butter and lemon pepper.

Add in the chicken to the sauce and toss well.

Garnish the chicken with some lemon pepper and serve.
