Chipotle in adobo sauce | 4 (3 | |
All purpose flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 mL) | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste | |
Cilantro bunch | 1 , chopped finely | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Liter (for deep frying) |
GETTING READY
1.In food process, puree chipotle along with buttermilk. Pour into a bowl and add chicken pieces into it. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
MAKING
2.Season flour with salt and pepper and dredge chicken in it.
3.In fryer, heat oil until it reaches 350 degree F or 180 degree C and fry chicken for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
4.Once out of fryer, season with salt, pepper and chopped cilantro.
SERVING
5.Serve with beer and enjoy!
