Juicy BBQ Chicken

Here is some techniques to help you get juicy BBQ chicken.


Chicken thighs 8
Barbecue sauce 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Rib rub 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1. Prepare the grill for cooking.


2. Inject barbecue sauce into the thighs and rub the thighs with barbecue rub all over.

3. Place the thighs over indirect heat and let it cook until the fat renders down.

4. Place the chicken in a pan with a little barbecue sauce. Pour more barbecue sauce over the chicken such that it is almost immersed.

5. Let the chicken simmer in the barbecue sauce over indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 F.

6. Pull the chicken out of the sauce and place it over indirect heat, cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 F.


7. Place the thighs on a serving dish and serve.
