Make garlic and parmesan wings just like they do in a wings restaurant. So easy to make, and they are a great alternative to making buffalo wings.

Chicken wings 2 Pound
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic powder 2 Teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Preheat oil in a fryer.

2. In a bowl, take flour, add cayenne pepper and seasoned salt, mix well.

3. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture and fry for about 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Place on a baking tray and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.

5. To make sauce, in a pot, melt butter, add garlic and parmesan and stir until incorporated.

6. In a bowl, take the chicken wings, pour in the sauce and toss to mix.

7. Sprinkle with additional parmesan, if desired.
