I love white chocolate cheesecake! I found this recipe in one of the little Kraft cookbooks that you find at the checkout in the grocery store.

Graham cracker pie crust/Shortbread or oreo crust 6 Ounce
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cream cheese 2 Packet (approx 16 ounces)
White chocolate morsels/White baking chocolate 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer, on medium speed, until well blended.

3. Add the eggs and half teaspoon of vanilla and blend.

4. With a spoon, stir in 1/3 cup of the white chocolate chips.

5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cup of white chocolate over the top.

6. Bake the cheesecake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the middle is mostly set.

7. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or overnight to allow it to fully set.

8. Garnish with almonds, vanilla or as desired and serve!
