Dessert Recipes - Mocha Cream Cheesecake

Cream cheese 750 Gram , softened
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Instant coffee 1 Tablespoon
Eggs 3
Italian lady finger 1 Packet
For topping
Cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as needed)



1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.


2. In the bottom of a baking tray, lay lady finger cookies in a single layer.

3. In mixer, add cream cheese and beat on low for about a minute.

4. Add vanilla, sugar, and coffee. Beat until incorporate on low speed. Turn mixer to high and beat for 2 minutes or until smooth.

5. Add egg, one at a time and beat after each addition.


6. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of lady finger. Pop in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the oven to 220 degree and bake for another 35-40 minutes or until the middle is little soft but not completely set.

7. Run knife around the edge and let cool completely.


8. Spread cream on top, cut into slices and serve.
