Orange Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Graham crackers 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) , finley crushed
Granulated sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , melted
Cream cheese 24 Ounce , softened (3 Packages Of 8 Ounce Each)
Packed brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 3
Frozen orange juice concentrate 3 Tablespoon , thawed
Orange peel 1 1/2 Teaspoon , finely shredded
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Semi sweet chocolate 6 Ounce , cut up
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Dairy sour cream 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Line a baking dish with a greased foil and set aside for later use.


3. In a bowl, blend crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar.

4. In the greased pan, pour this mixture of crust at the bottom and set aside.

5. Prepare the filling by combining cheese and brown sugar together.

6. Further, add eggs, one at a time. Beat to combine properly after each addition.

7. Then, add concentrate, peel, vanilla and salt. Reserve 1 cup filling in the bowl.

8. In a saucepan, melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter on low flame.

9. Upon cooling, add the reserved filling.

10. On the bottom of the greased pan, spread the filling.

11. Bake 15 minutes and then remove from oven.

12. Carefully pour remaining filling over baked chocolate layer and spread evenly.

13. Again, bake 40-45 minutes or until just set in center.

14. Remove from oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes.


15. Combine sour cream and 1/3 cup sugar. Cover the mixture and allow it to stand at room temperature while bars cool.

16. Spread sour cream on bars. Cool and then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.


17. Garnish with ground cinnamon before cutting into bars.

18. Cover and store in refrigerator.

19. Serve whenever required.
