Orange Cheesecake

Wheat meal biscuits 4 Ounce , crushed to fine crumbs (110 Gram)
Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Cream cheese 1 1/2 Pound (700 Gram)
Orange juice 3 Fluid Ounce
Caster sugar 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Orange 1 , zested,grated,boiled in water for 5 minutes and then drained



1) Into a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion till pink

2) Stir in the biscuit crumbs and mix well

3) Into a lightly greased flan tin or loose bottom tin

4) Press the biscuit mixture and smoothen

5) Chill in the refrigerator to firm

6) Into a another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, orange zest and sugar well

7) Beat till smooth and pour into the tin

8) Cover the top of the tin with foil and chill for at least 4 hours


9) Serve the cheesecake cold, cut into wedges decorated with orange segment or strawberries halved lengthwise and arranged
