Marble Cheesecake

Graham crust 1
Cream cheese 24 Ounce , softened (3 packages, 8 ounces each)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Flour 3 Tablespoon
Eggs 3
Cocoa 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Hershey's)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon



1) Preheat oven to 325°F.

2) Press the crumbs in the bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.


3) In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla.

4) Using an electric beater beat the cheese mixture at medium speed until smooth.

5) Reduce the speed to low and slowly add flour 1 tablespoon at a time.

6) Beat in the eggs 1 at a time and beat the cheese mixture after each addition.

7) In a small bowl, fold together cocoa syrup, sugar oil and ½ teaspoon of vanilla until well blended.

8) Mix 1/2 of the cocoa syrup with the egg mixture.

9) Spoon the 1/2 of the egg mixture over the crust.

10) Spoon the cocoa syrup over the egg mixture.

11) Top with remaining egg mixture.

12) Using spatula swirl the mixture to give the marbled textured.


13) Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until firm around the edges.

14) Allow the cheesecake to stand in the oven for 2 hours.

15) Remove from the oven and refrigerate until chill.


16) Cut in wedges and serve chilled garnished with chocolate flakes or berries if desired.
