Digestive biscuits | 225 Gram (1 1/4 cups) | |
Softened butter | 75 Gram (3/4 stick, at room temperature) | |
Granulated sugar | 2 Tablespoon (optional) | |
Cream cheese | 300 Gram (10 oz, at room temperature) | |
White chocolate | 200 Gram , melted using double boiler or microwave for 15 seconds (7 oz) | |
Whipping cream | 250 Milliliter (1 cup) | |
Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
For topping: | ||
Banana | 1 , thinly sliced | |
Raspberries | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , chopped (fresh /frozen) | |
Blueberries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING:
In a food processor, pulse biscuits and sugar until smooth.
Add butter and blend until mixture turns coarse.
Press mixture into pan to make crust.
In a bowl, whip whipping cream until soft peaks.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese and melted chocolate. Add whipped cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice and continue to mix well.
Pour the mixture over top of crust and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Decorate with berries and bananas using wax paper as shown in the videos.
