No-Bake Oreo Nutella Cheesecake

Die-hard Nutella fans, this is a tribute to you. A decadent no-bake Oreo cookie and Nutella Cheesecake. Rich, creamy, chocolatey and hazelnutty. Definitely death by Nutella.


Oreo cookies 20
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (at room temperature)
Hazelnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Nutella 3 Tablespoon
Bittersweet chocolate 3 Ounce (80g, you can use semi
Nutella 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided into 2 portions
Cream cheese 17 Ounce (500 g)
Hazelnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , roughly chopped
Oreo cookies 4 , roughly chopped



In a food processor, combine oreo cookies, butter, hazelnuts, nutella and pulse until it resembles damp sand.

Press the mixture evenly on bottom of pan.

In a bowl, combine a portion of nutella with chocolate and melt in microwave for 1 minute (stirring every 20 seconds).

In another bowl, beat nutella and cream cheese together. Mix until it resembles mousse.

Transfer the mixture over crust and spread evenly.

Top with oreo cookies and chopped hazelnuts.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours or overnight.

Cut into wedges and garnish with berries before serving.
