FullyRaw Cherry Cheesecake

Raw Vegan Cherry Cheesecake! Low-fat, dairy free, chemical free, and delicious! Made with nature's sweetness, this healthy dessert is delectable and divine! Ready for a slice?


For the crust
Dried mulberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Dried figs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Pitted dates 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
For the cashew milk
Cashews 4 Cup (64 tbs) (soaked in coconut water or Evamor water for added sweetness)
For the filling
Frozen ripe bananas 10 (7
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla bean 1
For the glaze
Pitted cherries 3 Pound , divided
Pitted dates 1 Pound



For the crust – in a food processor, add in all the ingredients and process until crumbly.

Place the crust in a cheesecake pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

For the cashew milk – run the cashew through the juicer and store in a jar.

For the filling – in a high speed blender, add in all the ingredients along with cashew milk and blend until smooth.

Pour the filling over the crust and set aside.

For the glaze – in a high speed blender, add in 3/4th of the cherries and all the dates and blend until smooth.

Pour half the glaze over the filling and mix well. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Drizzle with remaining glaze and decorate with remaining cherries. Refrigerate for 4 – 6 hours.


Slice the cake and serve for dessert.
