Ground chuck | 3/4 Pound ((80% lean/20% fat preferred)) | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Minced garlic | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cheese slices | 4 | |
Jalapeno slices | 4 ((Fresh or pickled)) | |

Bacon strips | 4 , cut in half | |
Buns | 2 | |
Pickles | 2 | |
Mustard/Ketchup /mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
Onion rings/Tomato slices/ lettuce leaves | 4 |
MAKING:
In a pan, cook bacon strips (both sides) for 3-4 minutes (per side) in a single layer until it turns crispy. Drain excess fat using paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine meat, worcestershire sauce, garlic and mix well.
Make two patties of 1” thickness and 5-6” diameter as shown in the video.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on outer sides and set aside.
In same pan, cook patties for 6 minutes (3 minutes per side) until done.
Add cheese slices during last 2 minutes of cooking and cook until cheese melts.
Place patties over buns topped with mustard bacon, jalapenos and any other desired toppings.
