Cheddar Herb Muffin Bites

WARNING THESE ARE ADDICTIVE! When I was asked to create recipes using Cracker Barrel's award-winning cheese to share with you guys, I knew IMMEDIATELY I was gonna do these cheddar herb muffin bites!

These little babies are heavenly! Soft, buttery, cheesy, pillows of heaven! They are great little appetizers for baby showers, brunches, etc.


For the batter
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Cold unsalted butter 5 Tablespoon , grated
Cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated (Cracker Barrel Mediterranean Herb cheddar cheese)
Cold buttermilk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
For greasing the muffin tray
Oil 1 Teaspoon (Or as needed for greasing)
To brush on the hot muffins
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon (As needed)
Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon (As needed)
