Ingredients

Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon juice 2 1/2 Tablespoon
Nonfat dry milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
Prepared horseradish 1/4 Teaspoon
White pepper 1 Pinch
Crumbled blue cheese 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1 In a blender jar, add the cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, salt, horseradish, and pepper.

2 Blend on high speed until smooth.

3 Stir in the blue cheese into the prepared mixture.

SERVING

4 Serve as desired.
