Bleu Cheese Mold

Ingredients

Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 packages, 3 ounce each)
Bleu cheese 4 Ounce (1 package)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
Water 2 Tablespoon
Hot water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) , whipped

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take 6-cup mold and brush with oil.

MAKING

2) Take two cheeses and blend them.

3) Add Worcestershire sauce along with parsley, salt and paprika.

4) Make the gelatin soft by putting in water. Add hot water as well to dissolve the gelatin.

5) Add the cheese mixture and chill them.

6) Add whipped cream and put into 6-cup mold.

7) Allow them to chill to make firm.

SERVING

8) Unmold and serve into 12 individual serving plates.
