|Butter||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate cookie crumbs||1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce (4 packages, 3 ounces each)|
|Sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green creme de menthe||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White creme de cacao||2 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (at room temperature)|
1)In a baking dish,add butter and cook on ROAST (7) for 1/2 minute.
2)Add the crumbs,stir well and press into bottom of the dish.
3)Ensure you press the mixture into the sides of dish as well.
4)Now cook on HIGH(9) for 2 minutes.
5)In a large bowl, whisk the cheese and sugar till sugar dissolves and its fluffy.
6)Now add eggs and liquers.
7)Now beat it well and pour into crust.
8)Cover the dish with wax paper and cook on MEDIUM(5) for 7-10 minutes.
9)Turn it once after 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
11)Take a bowl, add chocolate and cook on MEDIUM(5) for 2 minutes till melted.
12) Blend in sour cream.
13) Pour the chocolate mix over the cooled pie and chill for 3 hours before serving.
