Blue Cheese and Green Pepper Dip

Danish blue cheese 4 Ounce
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (2 X 15 Milliliter)
Soured cream 1/4 Pint
Green pepper To Taste , finely chopped (2 X 15 Milliliter)
Ground black pepper To Taste



1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

2. This dip can be frozen at this stage in a large flexible bowl for later use. Seal and label before freezing.


3. Serve fresh immediately or thaw at room temperature for 4 hours before serving.

4. Beat well and serve with crackers and cheese
