Crème De Cacao Chocolate Fondue

Unsweetened chocolate 6 Ounce
Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Creme de cacao/Coffee flavored liqueur
Cake square 5
Whole strawberries 5
Banana slice 5
Orange sections 5


In a saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over very low heat

Stir in sugar, butter or margarine and salt.

Stir constantly over very low heat until smooth.

Stir in liqueur.

Pour into fondue pot; place over heat.

With fondue forks or long skewers, dip cake squares or fruits into sauce.
