I simply love to sprinkle this homemade vegan Parmesan cheese on veggies!
|Nutritional yeast||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond meal||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cashew meal||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a blender, add nutritional yeast, almond and cashew meal, pulse for a couple of times. Add salt and mix well.
2. Serve with tomato slices or as desired.
