Melting Pot Fondue - Classic Cheese Fondue

Looking for your classic cheese fondue? This one is made with emmental and gruyere. This tends to be the most classic fondue that is made. Now you can make this classic fondue just like the Melting Pot.


Emmentaler cheese 1/2 Pound , grated
Swiss cheese 1/2 Pound , grated
Garlic cloves 2 , finely chopped
Wine 4 Ounce
Flour 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1. In a fondue pot over medium heat, pour in the wine, add garlic and allow to heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, grate the cheese,add flour and toss to mix.

3. To the fondue pot add lemon juice. Add in the 1/3rd of the cheese, once the cheese is melted , add in some more cheese and repeat until the entire cheese in used up.



4. Serve with bread cubes, carrot, broccoli or as desired.
