Betty's Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Mix -- Superbowl

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter-Chocolate Snack Mix. This is a quick and easy-to-make snack mix that can be enjoyed by everyone while watching the Playoffs, the Super Bowl, or other sports events. Kids love it, too!


Rice cereal squares 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) (Rice Chex)
Crispy corn cereal squares 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (Kix)
Small pretzels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar/Artificial sweetener 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4
For sauce
Semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Peanut butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon , softened
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a gallon sized zip-lock bag, place rice cereal, corn cereal, pretzels, and sugar. Set aside.

For Sauce:

2. In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Pop the bowl in microwave oven and heat on low for 30 seconds. Remove from oven and stir well. Repeat the process until mixture is smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla and allow mixture to cool slightly.

4. Pour the sauce into the zip-lock bag, seal, press and squeeze the outside of the bag to coat the cereals well.

5. When completely coated, transfer the mixture out onto a shallow baking pan to dry. Refrigerate to speed up the process.


6. Serve as desired and enjoy!
