Ingredients

Uncooked regular oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
All purpose flour
Instant nonfat dry milk powder 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Baking powder 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Shortening 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large blender

2. Cut in the shortening with a pastry blender till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Store in a tightly sealed container till done

SERVING

3. Use as a topping
