Oat and Tahini Cookies

Tahini 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Honey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Rolled oats 8 Cup (128 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees C.


2. In a large bowl, take tahini and honey. Beat it with a heavy wooden spoon till it becomes creamy.

3. Add cinnamon and oats. This will make the mixture very sticky.

4. Grease cookie sheets.

5. Place the dough on the cookie sheet with a tablespoon. Flatten it a bit with the palm of your hands. If the batter sticks to your hands, wet it.

6. Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes, or until light golden in color.

7. Cool the cookies by placing cookie sheet on wire racks for 5-10 minutes.

8. Once it has cooled, remove cookies with a metal spatula.


9. Serve Oat and Tahini Cookies with hot beverages like tea and coffee.
