Raw Vegan Mashed Potatoes

Today we are going to be making Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes, hopefully, your friends and family will enjoy it.


Cauliflower florets 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Pine nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh thyme leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic cloves 2 Medium
Cold pressed olive oil 2 Tablespoon (((Or as needed)))
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and process until you get a nice fluffy "mashed potatoes"- like consistency.


2. Serve as desired and enjoy!
