This recipe for satisfying cauliflower mash is super easy and healthy. The mash tastes creamy, rich, fluffy and smooth all at the same time.
Cauliflower head | 1 | |
Light cream/Heavy | 2 Ounce | |
Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Parmesan cheese | 4 Ounce | |
Fiesta blend cheese | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced | |
Turkey bacon strips | 4 | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
Steam cauliflower until soft (about 15 mins)
Mash cauliflower.
Add sour cream, butter and mix into the cauliflower.
Add onions and garlic.
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add Parmesan cheese.
Add cream and mix
Add to a baking dish
Sprinkle with fiesta cheese and top with turkey bacon
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 mins or until cheese melts.
