Sriracha Cauliflower Crispy & Spiced

This Cauliflower packs a serious crunch and is doused with the popular Sriracha sauce.Presented by Karen Ahmed.


Cauliflower florets 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Sriracha 3 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For the batter
Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Sriracha 1 Teaspoon



1.  Make a batter with cornstarch, water, salt and the sauce.

2.  Add the florets, deep fry and drain on a kitchen towel.

3.  Add the Cauliflower to a clean wok an douse it in Sriracha sauce Mix well Leave to caramelize a little bit.



4.  Serve hot.
